Job: IT Security Specialist

To support the rapid growth of our operations, LOLC is recruiting one (01) IT Security Specialist To be based at Head Office (Phnom Penh).

Duties and Responsibilities:
+++ Operational +++ | |
– | Write/Update IT policy/security system procedures/guideline/policies. |
– | Preparing, testing and update Business contingency plan with disaster recovery procedures (BCP). |
– | Awareness of internal policies and other legal requirements and update on time all any inactive action. |
– | Researching advancements in IT security technologies. |
– | Self-improve knowledge about IT security and searching for seminars/courses for improving skills. |
– | Determines, recommends improvements to the systems to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the system. |
– | Assist in assessment of the training needs, coordinate, direct and participate in the training/refresh (branch users) in the use of software. |
– | Follow up any SW/HW licenses related to information security infrastructure/tools. |
– | Provide recommendation on IT security for new IT project or system. |
– | Develop and maintains about IT security plan for future needed. |
– | Understand and perform IT Security Risk Assessments. |
+++ Technical +++ | |
– | Assist in administration/setup all IT security systems and security aspects of other network activity. |
– | Carry out periodic reviews/audits on the user creation/termination process and dormant profile reviews. |
– | Monitoring physical security of IT premises, compliance with IT security policy, procedure with other third parties and server room. |
– | Manage and fix all security issues. |
– | Monitor and assist in management of all security, wireless, DHCP, BYOD devices to ensure required security controls are implemented. |
– | Check and control to log file and data information to make it is safe and usable. |
– | Check and monitor all system configurations comply with IT security standards. |
Qualification and Requirements:

– | Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related fields. |
– | Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of MFIs/banking or related fields |
– | PC / Networking expert: HW, SW, OS, virtualization, LAN/WAN. |
– | Excellent knowledge of security incidents/intrusions, information technology systems and IT & information security, both theory and practice. |
– | Excellent understanding of security issues, problems, utilities, techniques and solutions. |
– | Good communication skill and strong skills in monitoring and troubleshooting. |
– | Fluency in written and oral English. |
– | Ability to work under pressure. |
