Summary of Position
Responsible for supporting operation issues, providing recommendation and enhancement in SAP Production Planning
What you will do:
- Provide support day to day issues relate to SAP Production Planning.
- Perform analysis business requirements and provide technical expertise to propose appropriated system solution.
- Configure and perform testing system with users to control the quality and ensure the results meet business requirements.
- Proactively identify and propose system enhancements or process improvements.
- Lead for execution in project.
- Develop documents or reports under responsibilities e.g. workflow, blueprint, UAT scripts, training materials or weekly report.
- Provide training and user support as required
- Act as liaison with business users and external consultants.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you should have:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in IT or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in SAP PP or other ERP Production Planning.
- Certified in SAP PP or PM or QM are an advantage
- Experience in a full cycle project implementation is preferable
- Understand overall Production Planning Process and configuration experience in SAP – PP is preferred
- Knowledge of project management
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen – performance driven.
- Creativity thinking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with multiple tasks
- Flexible to travel
