Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking or Marketing or Computer Science is preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B product management, marketing, mobile, digital advertising, ecommerce or related industry. Knowledge of Sales and Operations is a plus
- Knowledge in project management is a plus
- Creative and innovative with digital products ideas
- Good personality
- Good communication skill and team work
- Good command of spoken and written Khmer and English
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Proven experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research present to superior
- Great passion for product development and interest in technology, advertising, fashion and online market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research in the digital banking sector to stay ahead in the competitions
- Perform digital banking analysis or digital market analysis to drive new strategies
- Handle some key project areas as assigned
- Resolve strategic issues which are related to digital products or new product initiatives
- Report negative customer feedback/control customer feedback through all social media platforms to management
- Support digital products team and marketing team for digital products’ campaigns and events
- Perform other related tasks as required by management
- Contribute to the achievement of the Bank’s objectives and goals.
