Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer research (observation, survey, interview, focus group, experiment, secondary data analysis or others)
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owner and software engineers
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Lead design teams to translate business and product requirements into visually beautiful concepts and highly-usable responsive experiences (e.g., user interface designs, interaction models, prototypes). You must be flexible and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Lead rapid iterative prototyping efforts with varying fidelity/presentation tools (e.g., sketches, storyboards, wireframes, clickable prototypes, compositions, and assets)
- Mentoring and developing the skills of our other UX designers
- Demonstrate a command of design methods, tools, communication, and presentation skills
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented
- Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role at least 5 years
- Great portfolio of design projects ( Financial services platform is a plus )
- A thorough understanding of user-centered design, with excellent hands-on graphic
- design skills and an ability to translate user requirements into a design vision
- Proficiency in software tools such as InVision, Sketch, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
- Experience running small teams to accomplish varying project goals
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize requests, communicate with stakeholders, and meet expected milestones
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Independent, self-motivated
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Proven track record of always learning and growing
- Proactive attitude
- Possess a spirit of generosity
